Fuel Injectors not pulsing

First off, I have a '90Z NA, and I just got all 6 of her fuel injectors replaced with rebuilt ones. Few days later she wouldn't start. I realized that it wouldn't start only in cold weather or if it's been sitting there for quite some time. I took her to a shop and found out that the injectors weren't pulsing at all, rather they would just stay open. They figured the problem to be either the CPU or something with the electrical wiring system. They told me to go to a Nissan dealer, as they have all the necessary tools to diagnose it. Anybody ever have this problem before? What should I do?

mine is a 91 n/a with about 85k on motor, 185k on body and cranks a lil longer in cold weather. like 2-3 sec in cold weather but around .25-.50 sec or so in warm

one thing i do on ANY car is turn key on(let fuel pump prime) then start after 2-3 sec.
