What SKD wants.

Ok well I will tell alittle bit about what I am doing to my Z at this point. I will not say what exactly I am doing engine wise except a VG33ET that will be fully built with nothing left untouched. It will have either a 125 or 150 wet shot of Nitrous and a pre-spool set-up for instant boost. Most of the work I am doing now is suspension wise. I am installing polyurethane bushings, blisten struts and shocks, suspesnion technique springs, suspension technique sway bars, cusco front and rear strut tower bars, 87 LSD, specialty shop solid x-member mounts and solid diff mount, Nismo 350Z wheels wrapped in Potenza S03 PPs. And even though I have already upgraded my brakes the fronts will be getting the 4 piston Z32TT calipers. And I am having a roll cage built and then I will have polyurethane foam injected to firm up the chasis.

I thought you did some of this already. I remember the Z32 brakes somehow.

Well some of it; other parts are in the garage or in my room.

Of course I am going to take pics. I might have it on the road again with the 3 litre for awhile after all the suspension is done; I figure when it comes back out with what I am going to have on the engine I should make about 250rwhp which hopefully will be enough to hold me till the new motor is finished.

Very nice. How much are you expecting from the VG33ET? And what is it out of? (car)

It is out of a Xterra. I don't like spurting out numbers on something I can't really judge. I hope that I can make over 500rwhp without spraying.

Heh I hope it will be scary. Especially for the unsuspecting cars that won't know what destroyed them at the track (heh it's only a Z31).

hey James, "polyurethane injection" as in ......injected into all orifices of the chassis of the car- under the door sills etc etc etc?

Where can you get the cusco front and rear strut bars from? I have been looking for a non ebay strut brace for so long now I cant even remember when I started!

Suspension is mostly what Im focused on right now...I ordered addco sway bars and kyb struts and shocks(although Im rethinking them), but the only thing I have yet to order is the strut and shock towers and the springs and bushing kit from motorsport auto.
What made you go with the suspension techniques springs vs. Eibach or B&G?

Eibach sucks thats why I didn't get them they are the worst performing spring available for the Z31. I have done alot of research and the suspension technique springs seem to be the best for now (that is until the custom coilovers are on the car).

And the ST springs are about as close as you'll get to how the SS springs perform. I beleive the SS springs are still the absolute top for Z31 springs.....

The SS springs are good but not the best, with the ST springs the rear will have a higher spring rate but the front wont when compared to the SS springs. The coilover option is unbeatable but that won't happen for another few years when I decide to get around to it.
