turbo help please???

i was reading other post and i noticed some of them were saying that if you plugged the pov you can push around 12 boost with the stock turbo. can anyone tell were the pov is located at on the engine?

I completely removed my POV and plugged the location with an adjustable rubber freeze plug. The POV is on the passenger side of the front of the intake manifold , a big round thing sticking out the side.
I yanked mine off and run 15 pounds of boost.

thanks for the quick help, i will be putting on my boost controller tomorrow and plugging that hole. since i live out here i ohio will it be safe for me to run my boost that high? i always use 91 gas or better and i keep up on all of the fluids so if you know and you can help thanks...
