rpm sticking and power loss

hey guys i havent been on in a while. for a while now my 300ZXT is doing something very strange. it seems like whenever i go around 2000 rpm and i push the clutch in to shift, the rpm sticks around there. it takes a while to come down. before 2k rpm its fine. then the other day i decided to gun it to and it pulled hard until about 3500-4000 then it felt like it was being held back until it hit 5000 then it pulled hard again till the redline. its really weird. what could it be? any suggestions? im not really to knowledgeable on these kinds of things. MAF? Turbo? throttle body? i have no idea what it could be. any help would be appreciated guys.

the power loss mostly happens at full throttle. if i keep it about 75% it flies. the car pulls really hard. i dont know what it could be. would the MAF do that?
