1985 300zx n/a project car

i was checking out my undercarriage, around the engine, and i noticed something. the person who owned my car before me removed the catback exhaust line to get to the tranny. which isnt really bad but in the process, they broke off one of the studs in the exhaust header where it connects to the line. whats the easiest way to pull that exhaust manifold out? and also, what is a good site to buy aftermarket/cosmetic parts for th z31 body? i want my z to look cooler than the newer ones coming out. both interior and exterior.
