Finnally started her up in 2 1/2 months

And she still sounds like crap. been alittle while sence i started a thread.
so after needing to actually get my Z going and stop driveing my VR4 around, i recharged the battery and turned the key. Well lets just say i have a bunch of stuff to work on. theres smok thats comin out from the heat shields around my exhaust, im thinkin gasket needs to be replaced or it might be my oil filter needs to be replaced. my sus[pension is still pulling both ways when i turn, im not sure what that is. And whenever i press the brake pedal my idle starts to go down, have any of you heard of that happening?

well happy new years.
my new years resolution is to get my car working again.....Safelly that is.

Idle drop under braking is probably a vacuum problem. Break out the can of starter fluid and start spraying.

After almost 20 years most of the rubber hoses start turning into what seems brittle plastic. Wouldn't be a bad idea.

Vacuum hoses.

I had to replace most of my vacuum hoses. If you have any t fittings you might want to replace those to. The plastic ones don’t seem to last very long.
