Two things real quick:
1) Im having issues with my electronically adjustable strut. I bought it used. Can I swap in and used the electronics out of my old one? I need this info pretty soon.
2)When I hit 10~11 ish psi I here I strange noise comming from the passanger side. At first I thought it was light pinging, but that seems so low, I'm useing 92, and its comming from the wrong side. Could my fuel injectors make noise if one of them cant keep up?
2) is this just when it is cold? It may be an exhaust leak. Mine does it then when it warms up I presume that the metal expands enough for it to seal back up.

Oh and I hope you're not pushing that poor T25 turbo to 11 psi.... I know it's limited to about 16 psi on a 2.0 liter engine, a 3.0 liter V6 would be a bit less, due to the fact the bigger engine, of course, flows more air. It will max out that little turbo that much quicker.

POV plugged and the sound happens all the time.
Are you kidding me? 11psi is maxing out a T25? Every once and a while I get suprised and it runs close to 13psi on good days (100+ oct). I guess that's what the sound is then.. How disappointing; no wonder no one likes this turbo. Will an intercooler help this at all, or just make it worse with the pressure drop.
Any takers on my first question? Its the more important of the two.

I'm not exactly sure what you're asking. You want to swap the internal electronics from one shock to another? Ummm.... I don't think that's possible with regular tools.

Ok, if the POV is not making that moise, you might have an exhaust leak.
And yes the T25 is not capable of very high boost, especially not on a 3 liter engine. It was put on engines mostly to create more low end as it spools up quicker, but it also runs out of breath quicker. You'd need a driver side exhaust manifold from a pre-88 car, but you could swap in a T3 or any of the other turbos that can use that flange.....

Driver side manifold is exactly the same for all year VG30 Z31 turbos.
Passenger side manifold and crossover pipe is exactly the same for all year VG30 Z31s (turbo or not).

Maybe im asking the wrong question alltogether. Basically my problem is I bought a used strut but the adjustable function of it doesnt work at all, and therefore my entire adjustable suspension wont work.
I needed a new strut because mine was a little bent and it wouldnt allow for an allignment. Its bent at the top where it mounts to the strut tower and at the bottom where the rotor and wheel all attach. Otherwise it should be fine.
What can I do to make some sort of a hybrid of the two to make everything work? If i cant swap out the electronics, can I just swap out the cartridge? What all comes appart?

Hmm... an exhaust leak would cause some sort of noticable lag in the spool up time right? It never spools up when in not in gear, and it almost never spools up in 1st gear. I just assumed it had something to do with how it works and I somehow dont understand; it spools up really quickly in every other gear.
Also, wouldnt a leak make sound even when not under heavier boost?
EDIT: To my above statement: "POV plugged and the sound happens all the time." It would be better worded as "POV plugged and it happens regardless of temp."

I honestly don't know. If your strut housing is bent, it's not likely you'll be able to get the "good" shock cartridge out. Then there is the issue of replacing the oil and seals and knowing for sure if the shock is still good.
