So my X Trail comes with 36 months of Roadside Assistance without paying anything extra. Does anyone have experience with using RA? Seems amazing that they will bring gas or come and change your tire or tow you without charge or pay for accommodation during a snow storm or pay a claim for expenses for services etc. Have many people used it and does it work?
I did a search and only found one instance.
In Vancouver, BC, Nissan subcontracts to a local contractor. My wife locked her keys inside the X-trail, called the service number and was on her way within 20 mins.
