What the hell did I cut?

Okay, what is this? 1997 Altima, I was running some wire into the trunk to run a power point and I accidently cut 5 small wires. Two were black, one was black with a red stripe, there was a red one and a green one. They were all loomed together and run down a plastic channel and eventually go through a grommet and beneath the car.

After I cut them, I tried to figure out what they were...all the lights were working. When I went to start the car...WHOA... barely run... super rough and after about 3 seconds I shut off the car. WTF? So I had to climb into the truck and splice all the wires back together.

What were they?!?

Oh. Yikes, can't be doing that! No wonder the car wouldn't run! Thanks.
