Turn Signals DEAD!!!

Ok I just figured out why my AC was only working on Hi fan mode, so I replaced the resistor block.

After I started the car back up I noticed my turn signals don't work!
There is no clicking and no lights come on. I think the relay is toast, or what about the switch? If it is the relay where is it and which one is it (underneath the steering column the relays are unmarked)

check your fuses first and then check to see if maybe you dislodged something when you replaced the resistor.
