Electrical problem/alternator

This weekend I changed the water pump and thermostat in my 95 altima GXE. In order to do so I had to take out the power steering pump, alternator, and a couple of hoses. When I put everything back together, I found that the horn, power windows, dome light, turn signals, and dash displays all do not work. The fuses are not blown and the relays look okay. I suspect that it's something with the alternator not receiving current but don't really know. Any ideas????
