My 96 Altima is not pumping windshield water. The water reservoir is full. I ckecked the fuse box and no windshield water pump is specified.

Since I am not hearing the pumping sound at all and it is quite impossible all four pores are plugged, I guess either pump itself or fuse went bad. How are they located? Or what else can go wrong?

well you could pull the hose off of the squirter or the the tee and see if it pumps water out of the hose. if it does then it must be the washer nozzels, I've used fine wire to poke in the holes to clear them,(twist ties from bread or garbage bags) usually when the motor goes out, they leak.

my washer pump crapped itself a couple of months ago. you can get to it by removing the drivers side front guard liner, then you just have to disconnect the wires going to it and pull the pump off the side of the washer bottle. the pump is just held on by a big rubber grommet, which the pump inlet pushes into. the pump cost me about $70 australian from nissan.
