I recently bought a '93 Altima GXE and one of the first things I noticed was the beltminder chime and light would randomly come on/off. I'll be driving and all of a sudden without warning it decides to annoy me. :-P Anyone have any advice on where to start?

Check for gunk inside the belt latches and also the connectors under the seat. Many times stuff gets in the seat belt latch and causes an intermitent contact. A quick evaporating solvent like electrical contact cleaner or isopropyl alcohol will take care of it but a few pipe cleaners may be needed as well for the bigger chunky stuff.
