noise in dash when temp is moved to the heater

Good day,

I have a 1994 Altima automatic. when you try to use the heat you get a tick tick tick noise from the dash. When I turn the blower on and the temp selector is on cold the car is fine. As soon as you turn the temp to the heat side, the tick noise starts up. I just wanted to know what could this be? Everything else seems to be fine. Thanks in advance.

Check the Blower Motor Resistor. It is under the glove box just to the left of the blower motor. It can be found on any online parts store by searching for "blower motor resistor".
