Runs slow until warms up

I have '96 GXE Altima with 100K in it. No warning lights or anything. But, in cold weather when I start the car - it just does not feel like running. But, if I let it warm up for about 2 or 3 minutes and when the temp gauge goes over 'C' - it runs ok. I tried driving after a little warm up and still it seems to be lacking driving power. Recently (for last 3 months) have been using '91 and '93 octane all the time and even put in fuel injector cleaners. Has not helped.

Any suggestions?
