How Do You Remove The Fuel Injecors?

i can move it inside all around, but when i come to pull it out, its stuck it says in the manual that i have to take out the whole fuel rail, is that true, or what?
cuz im having trouble taking it out, any help?

Each fuel injector can be removed seperately, you do not need to remove the fuel rail. Each injector has 2 "o" rings for proper sealing. You have to apply some upward force to remove them do to the fact they are compression type fittings. I have used a small flat blade screwdriver & vise grips when I needed to remove them. If you install a new fuel injector you must install 2 new "o" rings, don't reuse the old ones. Hope this helps.

Yeah i already have the new O-rings.
yeah it helped alot, i was pulling upwards on it, but i wasn't doing it hard because i didnt want it to break. but now that i kno what i have to do, im all good to go, thanks a lot

yup that was it, now my car is actually alot quicker now, then before it messed up, just with that one injector, so now im going to take out the other 3 injecors, and have them service them and clean them, because this one new injector made a big difference.
