Well, if you can find an OEM replacement (with the correct bent tubing and flange on it), which you may be able to find on ebay, it shouldn't be too hard to do. You may encounter some rust on the bolts/tubing, but a little elbow grease will help to get the job done. Personally, I'd buy a decent muffler, at a decent price, and take it to an exhaust shop. They probably won't charge much at all to do it...
