Hi Moahaq, firstly for the clamps you'll need a pair of pliers. Open up the pliers to grip the tabs that are sticking up on the clamp and squeeze them together. This will expand the clamp so you can slide the clamp down the hose and off the nipple that the hose is connected to, ie PCV. When replacing the hose I'll usually take a utility knife and split the hose along the nipple for easy removal. If you plan on re-using the hose, take your pliers and gently grasp the hose where it attaches on the nipple and rotate it to free it up for removal.
As for the electrical connectors, there is usually a tab that you'll need to press to release the plastic catch on the connector. Some tabs have ridges on them for grip some don't. Just squeeze the connector to release the catch and pull apart. Sometimes you'll hear a slight snap or pop when the catch releases sometimes not. This is usually a two handed operation, one hand on each end of the connector. Don't pull on the wires!
Hope this helps....
