Ok, So I repplaced the lights on my car but my highbeams are still very weak. my regular lights are twice as bright but then the passanger side light just almost goes out. Any ideas?

I assume you replace headlights. I would try different bulbs. return and say high beam is very weak.

Nah, I already hit them with rubbing compound and a buffer. I think its the ground wire.
