help camshaft timing

Hello and thanks to anyone that can help me.1995 altima im in the process of replacing the head gasket i cant get a haynes manual until thursday of next week[it is ordered].i need to know how to line up the crankshaft and the camshaft.i did not romove the bottom chain didnt see any need to.but how do i line up the cams?thanks for anyone that can help me. p.s. i tried to download the repair manual at nissanhelp.com and i couldnt get it to work and am limited to 1 a day so it wont let me try again.

Have you already removed the head? If so did you start off by getting the motor on tdc #1?
