put maxima 95-99 engine and turbo charge it. u'll have to buy cold air intake.
nizmo brand. you'll have to put engine + tranmission.

maxima 95-99 engine is 100lbs lighter than what you have. and much better.
high flow Catalytic converter (usa Magnaflow brand).
gReady( or something) exhaust system.

light weight rims.

tokico shocks + tien springs.
NGK spark plugs, + NGK spark plug wires.
time your ignition timing. very important for speed and milage.
after that u will rape many cars.

yes.

I thought you've got all the money. If I had the money that's what I would do.
There is a guy on Nissanclub.com/or net. who actually did that swap.
he has all pictures and even sells mounts kit.

actually if I had all the money I would buy 98 nissan 240sx, buy nissan sylvia(japan equivalent of 240sx) engine and trany and do the engine swap.
engines in japan are cheaper than here by the way.

anyway if you just want to speed it up a little. cheaply
1) exhaust system. just a muffler is cheaper though
2) high flow cat converter
3) cold air intake

other mods will be more expensive.

also ngk spark plugs and wires is a must.
NGK Spark plug, NGK Spark Plug wire, NGK Platinum Spark plug for High Performance and Racing. get platinum for 2.68. the other expensive just last longer but absolutely no different than single platinum.
and there is only one kind of wires on the same website.
ngk works best with nissans. never use bosch.

cold air intake basically provides cool air for your engine instead of
hot air from usual air filter. basically cool air occupies less volume,
and thus provides more powerful piston push. idealy gas mixture needs
to be cold in piston engines just before ignition spark. this makes engine
closer to ideal Carnot engine operation.

Nizmo is nissans performance department.
most people I know have nizmo cold air intake on their nissans.
don't buy cheap junk on ebay with "cold air intake"label on it.
better buy used nizmo.
try searching on this website
www.nissunclub.com
here is what I found about cold air intake.
Cold air intakes - Nissanclub.com Nissan Enthusiast Forums
that was just the top thread.

for basic power you have I/H/E/P or Intake/Header/Exhaust/Pulley

for an intake try to pickup a used place racing or hotshot with a decent filter
or you can make your own from autozone/pep boys
or you can make the 2000 sentra gxe one fit

for headers go stillen or hotshot (obx and others have fitment issues)

for exhaust go either obx or custom. anything over 2.25" is good, nothing more than 3"

for the pulley you need an Unorthodox Racing Underdrive pulley

get all that, and your alti will feel very quick, i have just the stillen headers, high flow cat, and stock catback paired with hotshot intake... and mine is rather quick... just put the money into it dont buy useless junk
