94 Altima Front Side Marker

Ok.. How does one remove the front side markers from the front fender area of the 94 Altima.. I dont want to snap it off. I have tried spinning the light out like normal but it doesnt seem to want to come off.. any ideas would be greatly appreciated.. thankz. Dusty

You can get to it from underneath the car once you pull loose the plastic piece in the fender well area.
