Hi everyone..I have a 2002 Xterrra XE with 46,000 miles. Its a V6 3.3 Automatic with 4 wheel drive. The problem I am having is when I start the engine in the morning it either just stalls or the rpms bounce from about 300 to 1200 and feels like it wants to shut. If I give it some gas then everything is fine, and also once its been driven for about 30 minutes it seems to run fine and start fine. If I turn off the engine within the first 30 minutes, still problems. Its seems only when its a cold start am I having problems. I have taken to a local mechanic and they changed the fuel filter, air filter, spark plugs and cleaned the throttle body and still having the problem. Any one with any suggestions ? Thanks !!!
