Do you know if it once had a plug covering the screw? If it did, I think it may be the mixture screw. Tell you the truth, I'm not quite sure myself. I had a Z24I engine in my 87 PU, but never once played around with the TB.
Sorry.
But... if you want it "adjusted according to", best thing I can suggest is to take it to a shop and place it on a 4 gas anylizer. From there they can tell if it's running too rich or too lean.
OR, take each plug out from the cylinders and examine them. The deposits and colours can give you an idea on how it's running. White means too lean and black means too lean. reddish colour with no deposits is close to running at the correct mixture.
Good luck.
