04 frontier clutch noise

Ive got a 04 4 cyl frontier 5 speed.
It has 21k on it and since new has had the very low but normal throwout bearing noise when the clutch is realesed.
Today it is at least 3 times as loud as it was!! Even when the clutch is depressed and im crusing about 25 mph in second gear you can hear it.
Has anyone had any problems with this?
It drives perfectly fine but it seems like the noise may get worse and lead to bigger problems.

I have this problem when the cluch is depressed. Makes a noise until it is released. It will probably need to be replaced. I plan on doing mine sooner than later.
