Where can I find Pin Strip 5" wide or a roll that's 10' long. I want to cover up the decal that is currently on my truck. The old decal is peeling and has damaged my paint job. A 5" wide black strip can cover it all up.

Can anyone help?

Get a heat gun and peel off the old decal. For the strips, Autozone or autobody shop?

Actually, go to a shop that makes signs. I'd think they have some and can cut you a 5" wide sticker.

Either that or remove it with a decal remover wheel on a drill and then paint over the section after masking it off.

BTW: I think you will have to remove the old peeling strip first in order to get good adhesion and smooth application of a new one.
