OK, I have to vent, here is my history on my Nissan:

Got my 04 in Oct. (after Nissan CRASHED my first Quest in the shop after four months and had to replace it!) (did I mention they crashed it TWICE?!)

So far on the NEW van:

1. Plastic piece that holds head rest broken - waiting on part.
2. Brakes had to be turned - car was shaking horribly.
3. Had to have all bumpers/trim repainted b/c they were yellowed (it is a white van).
4. The left side sliding door (not electric) was rubbing against the paint all this time - I finally saw marks and could not believe it. Turned it in today. The inside of the door was fixed so it won't rub anymore, and they buffed the scratches.. HOWEVER... I can still tell they were there, although nobody else will. They said it is better this way than painting, b/c the temp only goes up to 300 in the shop rather than 1000 when being manufactured, so the current paint job is much better.
5. I JUST GOT BACK TO WORK FROM PICKING UP THE CAR FROM NUMBER 4 AND THE DRIVERS SIDE BLACK PLASTIC PIECE THAT SITS INSIDE THE HANDLE (the window/lock controls are on it) POPPED OUT!!!

Consumer reports says the engine is good, but the trim etc. is VERY unreliable in my opinion... again, an 04, not 05. Good luck!
