Dashboard and Tail lights Not Working

Could someone tell me how do I get my dashboard and tail lights to work on my 1995 Nissan Pathfinder. I have tried replacing the fuses and I have checked the bulbs but this did not work. I have brake lights and headlights.

are you sure you checked all the fuses including the ones underneath the hood. is your radio working...could be your backup fuse which was under the hood or at least thats what it said on the fuse box cover in my civic when that happened. im now switched to nissan and havent had much time to work on it to get to know it yet.

Near as i can tell from the Chassis wiring diagrams i have you need power on the yellow wire with a red stripe off the back of the fuse pannel, do you know how to use a test light? if you can find that wire that is the fuse that is probably gone or you may find the plug for the fuse is pushed out the back of the fuse box which means the fuse might be good but the circut is not complete.
