Hello all,

I just took delivery of a 2005 Murano SL 2 days ago. The salesperson told me the vehicle had XM radio and all I had to do was activate the service. So I took the handy XM radio flyer with the activation instructions with me as I left the dealership Sat and last night I was trying to get the radio to Channel 0 as it said and get the 8 digit code needed to activate the radio. Well, I cannot figure out how to get it to Channel 0. So, first question is, do I really have all I need for the XM radio (I see some info regarding separate tuner?)? My salesperson was new and I'm wondering if he didn't really mean what he said about it's all ready (I'll deal with that today when I go see them again). If it is ready, how do I get it to channel 0? Do all 2005's come now with the XM tuner?

I had a similar problem activating our Sirrius radio. Took it back to the dealership for repair. On the third try, they replaced the antennae (after first trying to replace the receiver.) Hope this helps.
