got 1995 pf, erratic fuel gauge. when ifeel up gauge drops down rapidly or i can easily drive 200miles when gauge is on EMPTY. any suggestion?

There have been a fair number of fuel gauge questions, so a Search might help you.

If it was a jumpy needle it could be the gauge or a wiring issue, but it sounds like it's an accuracy problem which is more likely the sending unit.
