Angry Murano pulls to right

From the day we bought the new Murano it has pulled right. The dealer has aligned it 4 times but it still pulls. Finally at my insistence they checked the actual tires and found a bad radial on one Goodyear tire. The tire is worn out after 26,000 miles. they want us to go to Goodyear for an adjustment on the tire but in fairness they should simply replace the tire we feel since the problem was pre-existing obviously. They are balking. What would you guys do and what should they do? Their fix...they put it on the left side. Now it pulls left!
