"Fishing" Timing Chain Guide out of oil pan

Can anyone tell me if there's a way to fish a piece of my timing chain guide out of the oil pan, without removing the front differential?

When I originally replaced the guides I thought I had all of the pieces out, but about 6 months later that same horrible noise is back.

When I broke it back down the new guides are all intact.

TIA-
