1992 pickup

I have a1992 Nissan pickup fuel injection. When it warms up it acts like it is starving for gas. It backfires through carbs. If i shut it down for about an hour it will run good until it warms up. Have tried everything does anyone have any suggestions.

Thank you

Backfiring makes me think of: (1) Timing is off, or (2) burnt or misadjusted intake valve.

Just a couple of thoughts.

If it's fuel injected, it doesn't have a carb, much less multiple carbs. Intake backfires are an indicator of timing problems or ECU errors. Tried running your ECU error codes and seeing if it comes up with anything?

I gave him the benefit of the doubt; figured he was talking about the throttle body
