Rough idle '96 pathfinder with MIL. How to read code?

Hi. My pathfinder idle rough but drives fine as long as rpm is higher than 1500. All the regular maintenance items have been changed but it still idles rough. checked EGR but it doesn't leak and works fine.

Sometimes car idles fine for few days, and start to idle rough again. And it turns MIL on sometimes, and it goes off sometimes.

How can I read code on this car?

1996 and later vehicles are OBDII compliant and require a reader. Go to AutoZone and they will pull the codes for you.
