Hey evey one, my younger brother bought an older truck and he has a problem. The wire harness needs to be replaced and correctly wired. The person that had it before him messed it all up. The truck has a four cylender engine but has 8 spark plugs.

one of the signs that it is all messed up is that when you depress the brake pedel not only do the rear break lights light up but the front marker lights brighten up also.

Well we are trying to find a whole truck wire harness for this truck and if any one knows where we can find one that would be great.

www.oem-surplus.com has a few different harnesses in their 720 section, not sure what each is for though. Does the truck have a trailer hitch or more specifically the trailer harness hanging from the back? Sometimes the wires in the trailer plug melt and short out from one to another which may cause what your talkking about.

if you trace the harness you may come to a paper tag with the part number on it, that will help in locating the right harness. on the other hand.. to do its age it may longer be there

The Whole Truck Wire Harness system is what I am looking for. As in I want to re-wire the entire truck from bumper to bumper. That is what my brother is needing. Is there any one that knows where I can find such a harness or where to find the right diagrams.

its not one harness from bumper to bumper... you have one for the dash, tail, body, engine room, sub harness for the engine room, console, doors..... your best bet would be to find a truck like yours in a bone yard, if you had the part numbers off the harness's you could go to oem-surplus like "ahardbOdy"
suggested and maybe find the correct ones or.... try your local dealer (make sure you have your vin number) and get them to look them up and have them run the numbers thru Nissan to see if they are still available, (once you have the part numbers you need then try "oem-surplus") try DDS Distribution at
440-572-0725(east & central states) or 562-698-2688(western states) for the shop manual... which will have the wiring diagrams in it
