1990 Pickup: Fuel tank capacity?

Hi, me again

Slowly getting this pickup the way I like it - actually I was driving it around this weekend and I really DO like it - guess I'm just an "import truck" kinda guy...

Anyway, it looks like the fuel gauge is way off: it was reading 1/4 full and I only got 38 litres (about 10 US Gals?) in. I thought the tank was 60 litres, so should have been 45 litres. I'm fine with this, as long as there IS 60 litres in the tank!

Anybody know what the tank capacity is in these trucks?

Well it depends if u have a 4x4 or 2wd. The 2wd has a 15.9 gallon tank and the 4x4s have about a 20 gallon. I don't know how many liters that would be.

Thanks! Mine is a 2wd, and 15.9 US Gal is almost exactly 60 litres. (In other words, I suspect it's a 60-litre tank, and the "conversion" is to US Gals)
