You have to remove the ash tray and there are 2 screws behind that. Then just pry the trim ring around the radio off very carefully not to break anything or scratch your dash. Once that is off, there are 4 screws holding the radio itself in the dash. You should be able to do the entire thing with a phillips scredriver and a flat head to pry with.
