Idle problems.
Hello all,I have a 95 King cab XE with 4 cyl engine.
The truck after it has been driven for about 12 minutes
will sometimes ,when it is in drive will start to stall then recover itself,when
it is in idle at a stop.
It may do this for a few times then not do it again or do it steadly for the
rest of the trip. Sometimes engine lite sometimes no.
Do not know if it is related but sometimes after i have been driving a while ,if i am
on surface streets going between stoplights you can sometimes see the
rpm slightly drop then the engine lite will come on then when you give it more gas the lite will go off.
You can feel the truck pull when the rpm slightly drops.
Sometimes when your letting off of the gas when coming off of the freeway ramp, the engine lite will come on then go out when you leave the off ramp when giving it the gas.
Any comments on this.
