Hello everyone!

I'm new to the forum and I've been reading up on some of the posts and people here look well informed! I've got a weird problem with my Pathfinder that maybe you all would have some ideas on.

The truck is automatic tranny, 4wd.

I've changed the transmission fluid and cleaned the filter pan hoping that that would help but no joy.

The truck is shifting fine for a while then suddenly I get no accelleration. But it is not slipping out of gear. It is like I am in neutral and rpms stay at normal while I press down on the gas. Once I turn off the vehicle and turn it on again it's ok again for a while.

Someone suggested this might water pump related but could it be the clutch or something unrelated like fuel injection (I heard '90-'95 had problems with fuel injectors)?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
