First, check to make sure the motor's getting power when you hit the switch. If it doesn't, check the switch itself. There should be 12VDC+ power on one side of the switch when the ignition key is on. Replace the rear window switch if it has power but does not operate the window motor. Simple electrical troubleshooting, man.
