I own a 1988 D21 that Originally came with a z24 engine that i swapped for a 93 KA24E. I am having some issues around finishing the wiring of the new harness, so any info or wiring diagrams that could be passed along would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure when they switched to the twin cam DE but it was after 95. My Haynes manual covers from 80-95 but covers the 80 in detail and the 95 is more mentioned in passing. I wish I could help, as it sounds like a fun project.

If you need any parts for your 95 let me know, i have a 93 2wd parts truck.
the ka24e was used until 97, when they introduced the KA24DE in the frontiers. they still use that engine. the ka24e was used until 92 in the 240sx, and they then went to the 16v engine, but the hardbody retained the old motor. so how about something more specific than the engine doesn't start? like won't crank? won't fire up? if it does crank, are you missing fuel or spark?

I have done that swap. Does it not crank or not turn over?
ru getting spark or not?
try spraying starting fluid int he t/b does it make a difference in the turning over at all?
Likely the problem is in the fuel pump relay circuit interface or wiring problems. make sure the euc backup power (black with white stripe) and the red wire to the check engine and the red ign wires are hooked up. make sure the other red wire (according to wiring diagram) is also to 12v constant pwr. u will likely find problems with ecu gnd and power and laslty check the dist and fuel injecotr values and conncetions. id di this swap and other than a small stumble on acceleration, the thing starts on the firest try, check engien work perfectly etc. Have fun.
Oh yeah did you integrate the harness or did you pull the wiring from underdash and swap it all? becasue the fuse box i wired diff on the early hardbodys.
