I wouldn't worry about it. After all, you just used the cab and frame off the 94 to rebuild your 90, right?
Unlike a car, on a truck there is no part that can't be replaced. You can replace the cab, or the frame, or whatever- it's a HELL of a lot of work, but it can be done. So there's plenty of LEGAL reasons to why the numbers may not match up.
thanx for th equick response man , actually its the whole truck with the vin number plate from my 90 on the 94's cab with the motor from the 90 so the vin matches the engine i was just wondering where the frame vin is located because that truck is chopped and rebuilt. btw nissan kicks ass ive never seen an engine hold up like a nissan well maby toyota too but i like nissan trux the best.i also own a 99 gmc sonoma that my 90 nissan will blow away.
The serice manual shows there are:
An emission control label on th underside of the hood near the front.
A vehicle ID plate in the engine compartmenton the passenger's side near the fire wall.
The VIN on the dash.
A VIN on the chassis; passenger side forward of the front wheel on the rail not the cross memmber.
A FMVSS either on the door or the door jam.
