Xterra4444 Nissan Enthusiast Join Date: Jul 2004 Posts: 35	Front Bumper and fan i recently rear-ended someone, goin about 2 mph. Did no damage (except scratched paint) to his car, but my bumper popped off some of the screws, and i noticed that the fan wasn't spinning. Is this fan always supposed to be spinning, or is it just at certain times? thank you
