Injector problem please help

Well first off I have a 86.5 hardbody with a custom turbo set up. It starts fine and then the injector cuts out cause it is loosing tach signal(signal from MSD box's) signal. My set up consists of a Holley PRO-JECTION KIT that is custom adapted to my set up.
It operates on its own ECU, wich I have sent back to Holley to be tested and it tested out ok. I am using my stock ecu to control ignition on my 8 plug motor, wich is ok"ecu", along with two MSD BTM ignition box's. All my wiring tested out good and every thing tested out for a good ground. I have great fuel pressure (18psi when running) good spark, even when no fuel, injector = 1.2 ohms, and .01 ohms between Ecu and Injector and Ecu and tach signal. TPS test is a good .63v cleansweep " this is standard for the Holley TPS". Can any one PLEASE help in figuring out why my injector is cutting out? This is serious driving me insane.
Thank's
BRY
