Hi. I'm redoing the rocker panels on my 1994 Pathfinder cuz they were rusted to nothingness, and i noticed theres a drain tube that seems to drain directly into the rocker panel. This design flaw is ridiculous, and I want to correct it before I paint my truck. Can anyone tell me where this tube originates so that I can plug it and never worry about this problem again? Thanks.

Which rocker? (left or right) I know there is a drain from the sunroof (if yours has one) but don't know where it leads to.
I had a leak start in my 94 Pathfinder. The passenger rug started getting very wet, every time it rained. It wasn't anti-freeze, and it happened even when the car was parked. I pulled the carpet back, and discovered the water seemed to be coming from the big wire bundle that runs down the corner of the floor (comes through the firewall) next to the kick panel. I assumed the leak was coming from seal around the wire bundle (through the firewall). Well, I gooped that up and the leak was still happening. So, during a big rainstorm, I watched it and saw water coming from under the wire bundle. I moved it over and discovered this clear plastic drain tube that was coming from inside the kick panel, draining right in the corner under the rug.
Where is this tube coming from? Why the heck would they drain it INSIDE the car under the carpet?
Thanx
