Oil filter on a '98 Frontier

I've changed the oil on a Mitsubishi mirage, Chevy S-10, and a Kia Sephia...I gotta say the filter on my 98 Frontier is a bitch to get too. Anyone else have any trouble with this and have a tip for me to get it off? I've had the same filter since February but I have changed the oil twice.

I'll give away the secret in case you are loo lazy to search. Take off the inner fender liner and throw it in the garbage. Now, go to Wal MArt and buy a filter wrench that fits on the end of the filter and a long (12 in ) extension. Put the wrench on the filter, plug the extension on the end, and use a socket wrench to loosen it. This is the easiest way to do it and I use it all the time.
