Folks,

I just brought my 98 Pathfinder from US to Canada. Now, per law I have to have DRL installed. I was wondering if I could do it myself?? I looked at Chilton's book and it says that 98+ Pathfinders were DRL ready but not all had them. Does anyone know how to add the DRL to the pathfinder? I see that a module would need to be added. Also, where to add it to and what wires would need to be replaced?

Your best bet is to download the FSM (Factory service manual) from www.nissan-techinfo.com with the $20 one day viewing subscription. You can save the manual one section at a time as a .pdf. Once you've determined the module location, you might try to find the module in a salvage yard... It might also be worth your while to talk to someone at your local dealership service department and see if they've made the modification before.
