Replacement keys

I wanted to get an extra key for my Pathfinder. It has the built in microchip for security. The local dealer wants $45 for the cut key and $75 programming. Are there any other solutions out there?

I spend quite a bit of time at a local locksmiths office paying invoices for my business... in any case I've heard a lot of "yeah... that key has a chip so you'll have to go to the dealer for that one..." to customers on the phone.
