I own a 2001 Pathfinder LE and yet again my front rotors have warped and I was curious if anyone knew of a place where I could get new rotors maybe even cross drilled? I was going to resurface them but since i've alreayd done that a few times theirs not enough life on them to do it anymore. Any help would be great. Thanks.
Don't cross drill them! They will only crack between thoe holes if you do that! Get a set of slotted rotors instead as they will cool better and not be as crack prone. If you have damaged that many sets of rotors, I would also look at weather or not the calipers are sticking and make sure you are properly bedding in the pads before you stomp on the brakes hard. Properly bedding them in requires 30 stops from 30 mph with a 30 second cool down interval between stops. They should be regular stops and not hard stops (Decel rate of 12 feet per second)

I have drilled rotors on my Cadillac and I think they're a miracle product. I used to have to turn conventional rotors every 20k miles, but I've had the drilled ones on for about 45k miles now and they still stop straight and true. These are drilled and radiused, supposedly to reduce the possibility of cracking, and they've been perfectly fine so far. I don't use them on the track, so that probably helps some. If you tow with your truck, I would probably recommend, like himile, the slotted rotors. Either one will last you longer than conventional rotors will.
Those are fine. I think AC sells the Baer Racing rotors. I've heard of several people using them with success.

i'm noticing the same thing with warping rotors. i believe the rotors have been cut once already according to the dealer from whom i bought the truck. I want to put slotted rotors on the front. the back are drums and i can't imagine them warping.

Cross drilled rotors may help, as may slots. But before you do either, I'd consider changing pad compounds. Here's an explaination of why:
Good name..
We are in the process of adding the 1999-2003 front slotted rotors as we speak. I have to get the final approval, but I believe I will get this soon. If you belong to any Nissan Pathfinder forums please have members email me with their request for slotted rotors. The more demand I can prove (i.e. emails like this one) the sooner I can get approval.
Thank you for your interest in Power Stop products.
