The only parts I've seen are drilled and/or slotted rotors in the OE size. I think it'd be a LOT of parts to change to increase the size of the front rotors (including new caliper supports, new calipers, larger wheels), and the demand probably isn't there for a Nissan truck.
Check into the slotted or drilled rotors if you're looking for better braking performance.
